Payment conditions
The payment covers participation in the specific event held by Kristeligt Forbund for Studerende (KFS).
Receipt
A receipt for your payment will be sent to the email address you have provided in the registration.
Your right of withdrawal
If you unsubscribe after the 12th of September, you will only get half of your payment back for the sake of our food order. If you unsubscribe before and including the 12th of September, you will receive a full refund of your payment.
Registration of information
KFS registers entered information in connection with registration and payment for use in the administration of the participation and to be able to provide relevant information in connection with the event. KFS stores the payment information for five years in connection with the accounts. KFS uses log files on the donation page. The logfiles are used to record which choices the user makes on the page. When paying by credit card, registration is done via a secure server at Quickpay, where the information is encrypted. Health information is deleted immediately after it is no longer relevant.
Disclosure of information
KFS also uses external data processors who have access to personal information related to infrastructure and IT services and the process of credit and debit card transactions. In this connection, third parties are not entitled to use or pass on personal information for any purpose other than to be able to perform the above tasks.
Renewal
By participating in the event, KFS is given permission to contact the participant by e-mail or telephone in order to invite to future events.
Complaint processing
Requests for rectification or deletion of personal information or complaints about errors / problems with registration can be given to the following address, e-mail or telephone number
